1.  Is this for brand new real estate agents?

Renegade Reports is perfect for beginning and experienced real estate agents. Each week’s lesson is broken down into manageable steps for easy application. There are also “advanced” insights for experienced agents. For example, experienced agents will love my reports on how to add new income streams into their businesses. Renegade Reports will help you build your business faster, even if you just got your license yesterday!

2.  Will your Renegade ideas and strategies work in my area?

Definitely! Renegade Reports are founded on universal business principals. I’ve personally used the principals taught throughout the weekly lessons to build two multi-million dollar businesses. These same principals can be found in all successful businesses in every industry.

3.  Do I need a lot of money to implement the weekly Renegade lessons?

You will need to invest money into marketing. This investment will be based upon your own personal goals. In the lessons, I’ll teach you the most effective ways to market your business. I’ll even give you sample advertisements you can test and use, too! My initial recommendation would simply be to reallocate your current marketing dollars to more effective marketing strategies. Throughout the lessons, I’ll show you different ways to in-expensively market your business.

4.  Does Renegade Reports include personal coaching?

Unfortunately, the answer is “no”. We will always handle support requests (ex. I can’t download this week’s lesson). I simply don’t have the time to personally coach 1,000 members. Even if every member just asked ONE questions (even a simple question) it would be impossible to handle all of the requests.

5.  How long does Renegade Reports last?

It lasts as long as you find value. Each week, I’ll have a new lesson for you. These lessons will evolve over time based upon changes in the market. They will also include new break through ideas and strategies. If you find the lessons valuable for your business, as I’m sure you will, maintain your membership. Otherwise, simply cancel. You can cancel anytime you want. You can cancel by sending me an email, calling my office or faxing me a note. To be honest, I don’t think you’ll want to!

6.  How quickly will Renegade Reports help me sell more homes?

That will depend entirely upon you. I would think that just about anyone would be able to increase their business within the first 6 to 8 lessons. Obviously, the length of time will depend on how much time you devote to implementing the weekly lessons. Remember, if you’re not seeing any results in your business, you can cancel within the first 8 weeks and receive a full refund of your membership fees.

7.  On what day of the week will I receive my emails and weekly lessons?

There isn’t a specific “day” of the week when lessons will arrive in your inbox. The lessons are emailed to you automatically every 7 days. Sometimes there is a 24 to 48 hour difference in delivery, but you’ll always receive a new lesson each week.
